BRM-200 is a manual, optical Brix Refractometer that is used for sugar and TDS measurement in high sugar concentration liquids such as jams. If offers a large clear scale for easy reading of Brix from 58-90%.
BRM-200 manual optical Brix Refractometer is perfect for quickly determining the sugar level (Brix) or TDS % in an aqueous solution. Typical solutions include Jelly, Jams, Syrups and Honey.
Usage is simple, pipette 2-3 drops of the sample onto the palate and close the lid. Hold the refractometer towards a light source and look through the eye piece. A defined line on the scale will indicate the Brix %.
