BRM-200 manual optical Brix Refractometer is perfect for quickly determining the sugar level (Brix) or TDS % in an aqueous solution. Typical solutions include Jelly, Jams, Syrups and Honey.
Usage is simple, pipette 2-3 drops of the sample onto the palate and close the lid. Hold the refractometer towards a light source and look through the eye piece. A defined line on the scale will indicate the Brix %.
