1. Delivery

Delivery is via Toll Priority.  This is a tracked service, so we can provide surety of your shipping. Other carriers will be used if your location is not within the scope of Toll Priority services. Freight costs are covered by Starr Instruments and our aim is to get you your products ASAP.

2. Damage in Transit

If in the unlikely situation, the item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.   We will replace the item upon receipt of the damaged unit.  Notification would need to be received within 7 days of delivery.

3. Returns

Please ensure that you have made an informed decision on the suitablity of our products for your application.  If you are unsure please call us and we can discuss the options and suitablility.  Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, or incorrect selection.  However, products may be exchanged for a more suitable option.  Any returns received may be subject to a restocking fee.
