1. Delivery

Delivery is via courier.  This is a tracked service, so that we can provide surety of your shipping. Other carriers will be used at our discretion if your location is not within the scope of normal services. Freight costs are covered by Starr Instruments and our aim is to get you your products ASAP.

* Please note that in some instances of stock outage in our NZ warehouse, your order may dispatch from our head office stock in Melbourne Australia. We use Toll Global Express service to get your item delivered quickly. All goods are delivered DDP (delivery duty paid) - You will not be liable for any customs or import charges. 


2. Damage in Transit

If in the unlikely situation, the item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.   We will replace the item upon receipt of the damaged unit.  Notification must be received within 48 hours of delivery.


3. Returns

Please ensure that you have made an informed decision on the suitablity of our products for your application.  If you are unsure please call us and we can discuss the options and suitablility.  Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, or incorrect selection.  However, products may be exchanged for a more suitable option.  Any returns received may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion after inspection.
